Job Description

PVS Group is looking for an ambitious and organised individual to join the team as a Project Director Apprentice at our Stockport office.

This is an opportunity to begin a career within a growing business that supports organisations across fleet management, consultancy, finance and innovation. The role is suited to someone who is eager to learn, confident in a professional environment, and interested in how projects are planned, delivered and reviewed.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will support the coordination of internal and client-facing projects, helping ensure activity is delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with business objectives. Over time, you will develop a strong understanding of project delivery, communication, reporting and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of ongoing projects
  • Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking and follow-up actions
  • Help maintain project timelines, documentation and internal trackers
  • Liaise with team members to gather updates and monitor progress
  • Support client communication where appropriate
  • Assist with reporting, presentations and administrative tasks
  • Learn how projects are structured, delivered and reviewed within the business
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of project activity across the organisation
